“From our first visit to the office to the installation we felt confident that we were in the right hands. Every question was answered with authority, there was absolutely zero pressure to buy, even after the survey was completed. The options were laid out clearly and payment was only required after a satisfactory installation. The installation was flawless and the impact of softened water was immediate. There was even an unexpected bonus of a little goody box of local products at the end. We always like to deal with local businesses and we have not one regret appointing Southern Softflow to convert us from hard to soft water. Highly recommended.”
