Southern Softflow are an independent family-run business and one of the leading water softener suppliers in the South, operating across Dorset, Wiltshire & Hampshire. We have been selling and installing water softeners and drinking water products for over 25 years.
We specialise in non-electric water softeners and proudly supply Infinity, Harvey TwinTec and Kinetico water softeners and related drinking water products. We offer products and services for homes and for businesses.
Based near Wimborne in Dorset, we cover an area as far as Southampton to the east, across to Romsey and up to Salisbury and Amesbury. We travel as far west as Sherborne and Weymouth, and everything in between. If you are near the edge of our service area, please do ask if we are able to help.

When you submit a query we will have an initial conversation to ask about your home and the problem you want to solve
Keith or Ben will visit to assess the best option for your home, and explain how it can be installed. You will be left with a quote to consider in your own time.
Our installers will double check the plan for installation before starting work, will leave your house as we found it and walk you through the operation of your products to make sure you are happy before we leave.
The office is open 6 days a week to answer any queries or assist with salt deliveries and collections. We offer ongoing support for the lifetime of your machine.
