The office is open 6 days a week to answer any queries or assist with salt deliveries and collections. We offer ongoing support for the lifetime of your machine.
“From our first visit to the office to the installation we felt confident that we were in the right hands. Every question was answered with authority, there was absolutely zero pressure to buy, even after the survey was completed. The options were laid out clearly and payment was only required after a satisfactory installation. The installation was flawless and the impact of softened water was immediate. There was even an unexpected bonus of a little goody box of local products at the end. We always like to deal with local businesses and we have not one regret appointing Southern Softflow to convert us from hard to soft water. Highly recommended.”
“From the first contact through to survey visit and arranging for installation, this family-run company was excellent, with plenty of communication. The water softener had to be installed in a very restricted space with very difficult to access mains water inlet and drain. However the company plumber found a workaround, even preserving some of the middle shelf in the cupboard concerned. The installation was completed in one morning, working was clean, and the finished job is very neat.”
“The service from start to finish was exceptional. Very skilled and knowledgeable plumbers, nothing was too much bother, brilliant receptionist, everything fitted well and explained along the way, went above and beyond – even reinstalled and adapted the cupboard around the new water softener and left us a box full of gifts and goodies! A pleasure to deal with such a great team, we highly recommend them.”
