STEP 1. Initial visit from Keith
Keith will discuss the different types of water softeners on the market and how they work. He will also look at your existing plumbing and explain what would be involved in having a water softener installed. He will leave you with a no obligation quotation and the time to make up your own mind.

STEP 2. You're in safe hands with our installation team
Steve or Ross are our water softener installers. With a long background in plumbing and specialising in water softeners and filters, Steve and Ross provide an excellent service. From the moment they arrive you'll find them polite, clean and tidy leaving your home in perfect condition (and with beautifully soft water of course).

STEP 3. Most products come with a 10 year parts warranty & two years labour. We continue to supply you with salt & filters if required & are always at the end of the phone IF you need us.
We offer no service contracts and a
10 year warranty and
2 years labour due to the reliability of the water softeners we sell. The relationship does not end there - Southern Softflow are a local company who can provide you with salt and filter supplies and can look after you quickly and efficiently if you should ever need us.
