The Infinity Ultra features a pioneering non-electric twin-tank system that guarantees a continuous, uninterrupted supply of softened water — even in the busiest of households. While one tank softens your water, the second stands by ready to take over instantly when needed, so you never experience a moment without soft water.
Unlike single-tank softeners that rely on timers and must regenerate at set times (often in the middle of the night), the Ultra’s twin-tank design regenerates on demand based on actual water usage. This means greater efficiency, less salt wastage, and soft water available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Ultra uses high-quality, food-grade resin beads that provide greater capacity and higher flow rates than standard resins. As hard water passes through the resin, calcium and magnesium minerals are removed through a process called ion exchange — turning your hard water into beautifully soft water that protects your home and family.
